Contribute to N3N projects with the assurance that your work is appreciated, protected by clear licensing terms, and aligned with a collaborative and respectful community, as outlined in our Contributor Terms.
By contributing to any project within the N3N organization, you agree to the following terms:
Ownership:
- You own the intellectual property of your contributions.
- Your contributions are provided under the same license as the project.
License:
- Unless explicitly stated otherwise, your contributions are licensed under the MIT License and Apache License 2.0.
Developer Certificate of Origin (DCO):
- You agree to sign your work to certify that your contributions comply with the Developer Certificate of Origin.
- Sign your work by adding a line to your commits:
Signed-off-by: Your Name <your.email@example.com>
Code of Conduct:
- You agree to abide by the N3N Code of Conduct in all interactions related to N3N projects.
Grant of License:
- You grant the project a license to use, modify, and distribute your contributions.
No Warranty:
- Contributions are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied.
Contribution Review:
- Project maintainers have the right to review, reject, and remove contributions that do not align with project goals or violate these terms.
Communication:
- You agree that all communication regarding your contributions may be stored and publicly accessible.
Termination:
- Your contribution privileges may be revoked if you violate these terms or the project's code of conduct.
Modification of Terms:
- These terms may be modified at the discretion of the project maintainers. Check regularly for updates.
